At Wham Golf, we want to make receiving and returning your order as simple as possible.

🚚 Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation by email.

• STANDARD DELIVERY – £3.99
  Estimated delivery within 2–4 working days following dispatch.
• EXPRESS DELIVERY – £5.99
  Estimated delivery within 1–2 working days following dispatch.
• FREE DELIVERY - Free standard delivery is available on orders over £100.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control. If there is an unexpected delay with your order, we will do our best to keep you informed.

📦 Returns

We hope you're happy with your purchase. However, if you change your mind about an online order, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

To arrange a return, please contact us at info@whamgolf.com, quoting your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.

Unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning an item, as the goods remain your responsibility until they are received by us.

🔍 Condition of Return

You may inspect and handle your purchase as you reasonably would in a shop.

If an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality, and this has reduced its value, we may make an appropriate deduction from the refund.

Where possible, please return products with their original packaging, labels and accessories.

💳 Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked, we will process your refund as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods.

Refunds will be made using your original payment method.

Where you cancel your entire order within your statutory cancellation period, we will also refund the cost of our standard delivery option. Any additional amount paid for an enhanced or express delivery service is not refundable beyond the cost of standard delivery.

🤦‍♂️ Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, not as described or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@whamgolf.com.

We'll work with you to arrange an appropriate refund, repair or replacement in accordance with your statutory rights.

Where goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect, Wham Golf will cover reasonable return costs where applicable.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns, including:

• Products that have been personalised or custom-made to your specification.
• Sealed products which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken.
• Any other products that are exempt from cancellation rights under applicable consumer law.

This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
